China to India by air and sea
Origin coordination
Pickup, consolidation, packing support and export documentation coordinated through our overseas network.
Air & sea choices
Urgent and lower-volume cargo may suit air freight, while larger regular shipments often benefit from FCL or LCL ocean freight.
Key origins
Coverage includes Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, subject to origin, cargo and carrier availability.
India delivery
Customs coordination and domestic delivery can be added so that the movement is planned beyond the arrival airport or port.
Import compliance in India
The importer in India is responsible for compliance. Depending on the product, this can include licences, BIS certification for notified goods, labelling and correct classification for duty. Duties are assessed on the declared value and classification, so mismatches between the invoice and the goods are a common cause of delays.
We check the documents we receive for consistency, flag issues early, and coordinate clearance with a licensed customs broker.

Frequently asked questions
Can you consolidate cargo from several Chinese suppliers?
Yes. Consolidation at origin is often the most economical way to import from several suppliers, subject to cargo compatibility and the origin facility’s capability.
Air or sea for imports from China?
Air suits urgent, high-value or lighter cargo. Sea (FCL or LCL) suits larger, regular, less urgent shipments. We compare the two against your deadline and budget.
Who is responsible for Indian import duties?
The importer of record in India. Duties and taxes depend on classification and value, and who pays them depends on the Incoterm you agreed with your supplier.
