What we collect

When you send a quote request or enquiry, we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, route, cargo details and any message. We also record the page the form was sent from and, where present in the link you used, campaign parameters such as utm_source. To protect the forms against abuse, we temporarily process your IP address for rate limiting.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange shipments and keep records of our dealings with you. We do not sell your personal data.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by Wideair staff and, where needed to arrange your shipment, by carriers, agents and customs partners. Enquiry notifications are sent by email to our team.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not set advertising cookies of its own. If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is enabled, it may set cookies and collect usage information such as pages visited and device type. Click events on phone, email, WhatsApp and quote links may be recorded as part of that analysis.

Retention
